Yana's liter 3-4 weeks.

Didn't get chance to blog it or edit those pictures, but  here they are...
at 3 week old with their eyes open!

"Are You my Momma?!... Well, maybe not You."

All pictures above are boys.... And lastly here is our
Greta!

"Feed me, if You dare!"
No. I don't think so... No supplementary feeding for this one just yet.

And there we are another week later. Now they are 4 weeks old
and had to get extender area and start their paper-training.

Everybody including Yana got a bath and new blanket
(second for today!) and look pretty happy.
Enjoy! They sure do!

One can never have too many schnauzers!

One can never have too many schnauzers!...
unless we go for the walk in the park.
Then we can limit it to half of dozen or even lesser..

Everybody looks good and here us a small video of our visit.

Kaleidoscope of Leila's babies pictures.

Not much to say, but a lot to enjoy!... Pictures of precious babies at their best.

 On a play...

And eating... I mean - sleeping!..

And having good time (did I mention "sleeping", because they finished their "eating" part?)
in their new extended play area.

And enjoying visitation of their future adopted parents!
Yes, this is not a misprint.
I think Our dogs are adopting US just as much as we adopt them.

Of course before adoption, we have to cage-train new prospective parents.
This human on the right is doing very well in a puppy pen.
Of course Irina (on the left) has to supervise all the process, as perfectly cage trained human
with many years of experience!..

They will make a happy family... in a few weeks!
But right now those puppies still have important job to do - GROW.

In is sunny day in... Pennsylvania!

We had a busy day today with several of our new "puppy relatives" visiting.
After everybody left, we still have enough warmth and sun light to take
Sophie's babies out for a little "get-away".
Weather was beautiful. First spring blooms are just about everywhere.
So not only we walked with puppies, but also took some great looking pictures for You to enjoy!

Sure it took a while (compliments to Irina) to set them all strait, so i finally could take
a good group shot. All they indeed waned to do - play in grass, eat some dry leaves
and preferably some of those purple blooms too.
So... treasure the moment, they do not stay like that for long!

Naturally on return everybody had to take a good nap....
Too many new impressions for one day!
Tired puppy is a good puppy (Less toys are getting destroyed. And not only toys)

Leila's little gangsters are learned about poultry!

And here is what is going on in Leila's "monkey-box"!
her puppies are about two weeks younger and at this age
two weeks making significant difference in how they look
and most importantly - how they act.
They play very little yet, however they learned how-to-eat
"outside of Mom" and totally in love with their poultry-mush,
deliciously prepared for them by Ira.
Vicious screams on a background are coming from
Sophie's litter, who also know well about home-style cooking
and demanding own share of it.
This is how puppy sound like when he thinks he is hungry...
Not my favorite tune!

Sophie's 2013 babies learned to play!

Sophie's triplets got their playground area extended
and over this weekend learned now to run around and play very well.
They playing with toys, chasing each other around
and looking for all possible ways to entertain them-selfs...
unless they eat or sleep.. what still being most of their daily activity.
I can not say I'm sorry with this fact, but this is about to change very soon.
With every day they will spend more time playing and learning
and it will take greater deal of work on our end and lesser and lesser work
done by their Moms. Indeed Sophie is already not that thrilled
to spend more time with them then it takes to collect all their ducks and check on their bowl.

Hold on, guys, updates are coming!

I was suppose to put up some brand-new puppy videos this weekend...
Guess what? Didn't happen, my computer had to be occupied
for another important purpose. Good thing is - I actually have my video-footage.
All I need - just load everything in this machine,
edit it, sent it to Y-tube
wait till Y-tube process everything
and then nice and easy link it to this blog...
Meanwhile...
here is a picture of mommy Sophie for You.
Beginning of this weekend we re-configuration our puppy areas
(love this stuff, it is just like playing with Lego),
little guys got more play-room and played them-selfs to dog-tired stage.
Then... Mommies had to clean up all their toys (sounds familiar, does it?)
Sophie was particularly going after all those ducks.
I'm not sure what was her issue with ducks, but this is what she did.
She brought a lot of smiles on our faces!...
Otherwise... stay tuned, video is coming next. Not sure I can finish it today, sorry.

Leila/Vanya litter 2013.

Leila's puppies are getting ready to open their eyes. Some of them already have it open... a little.
Above - two black females. Below - 4 of their brothers.
One of them is still available and the rest is spoken for...
So far I hardly can tell which one is which, unless I look closer...
Here is a something to do for  You - find a difference in those black boys!

Sophies litter 2013 is 3 weeks old.

 1) So called "darker boy". Very nice.

 2) His litter sister.

3) So called "bright boy".

Everybody is looking good, I'm just afraid they slightly overeating and being lazy... Sophie has plenty of milk and for those 3 little guys there is no competing for it, just "drink all You can" sort of thing.
They look just little babies-sea-lions. ROUND!

Sophies babies 2013. We have eyes open!

Above and below - two pictures of our little boys.
Aren't they precious?...

.. and of course their little sister..
who didn't want to keep her eyes open for me this time...
maybe next time I'll get more lucky!
Stay tuned!

Sophie's new born litter 2013.

Just as we promised, there is a group portrait of our newborns.
Sophie has 3 adorable puppies - two boys and one precious girl.
Trust me - it was REAL challenge to try keep them still for taking of this photo..
and after all it didn't work out. As soon we took them away from Mom
they wouldn't stop moving for a split second.
So we have a "group portrait on a move". Enjoy!

News and more news!..

This Saturday Shazzam Of Oz Whatever, AKA "Vanya" finished his show season with the big bung!
He went  1/W/B/BW/G1, what basically on the language of dog shows mean - best dog in his breed and best of all terriers in this show (terrier group 1). What is a huge win for any terrier and especially for miniature schnauzers, what never were 100% terriers to start from...
Vanya's show run was short and brilliant. he managed to get finished in one coat
and took 5 major wins one after another.

To make things even better I have to mention another fact...
Vanya's daughter out of his first litter CH Camron's Sittin Pretty, AKA “Jade”
bred by Carol Meitzler and owned by Donna Hafen
got finished at the same time with Vanya in only two short weekends
by winning of 5 majors, just like her Daddy!
Pictured above - "Vanya" on the left and "Jade" on the right.
What makes this beautiful boy not only a Champion, but Champion producer as well.

And of course do not forget about "Vanya's" mom - "Lulu".
Now she is is a proud Mom of 3 AKC Champions:

CH Camron's Let Freedom Ring "Ringer"
CH Shazzam Of Oz Something Else "Sammy"
and lastly
CH Shazzam Of Oz Whatever - "Vanya"

What makes Lulu our first Top Producing bitch, what is the huge honor
for any breeder.
I do not think it does get any better, then that.

Thank You to our friends Carol and Ron Meitzler for all they have done to make this happen!

Lulu with her show babies!

Our beautiful Lulu (Camron's I'm A Lulu) never happened to be a show star,
but she is sure on a way to earn her honorable title of "Top Producer".
As soon she will have 3 confirmed Champion puppies, she will go down in history
as one of Top Producing B/S bitches...
and not that many dogs earned that level of recognition.

Lulu had her very first litter sired by our wonderful boy Teddy -
Shazzam Of Oz Custom Made
(son of Blackwitch Trend Setter).
From that very first litter our friend and breeder of Lulu - Carol Meitzler
kept a boy "Ringer" ("Camron's Let Freedom Ring").
In a short time Carol finished him as a Champion.
You can see this beautiful dog on picture above.

Lulu's last litter was our another big success. This time we bred her
to the beautiful CH Wildenberg's All That-N-Then Some "Dakota",
owned by another our dear friend - Chris Hilman.
Out of Dakota we kept 3 beautiful puppies and later two of them hit the show rings.
Shazzam of Oz Something Else "Sammy" was a first one to go and there she went!..
Finished with 3 majors she was second in her class at
Montgomery County KC National Specialty 2010.

Sammy's litter-mate, "Vanya" - Shazzam Of Oz Whatever
just started his show run late spring of 2012.
He already got both of his majors and few extra points
and now on his way to become our third beautiful Lulu-pup to be finished.

Like usually, this dog is being expertly handled by Carol and Ron Meitzler.
Thank you, my friends for all You do for us!
You are the best!

Leila X Vanya litter, 7 weeks old.

Leila's beautiful puppies by Vanya already 7 weeks old. Time flies fast!

Look like we made our choice of boy... and now finally
we going to have handsome all black male schnauzer here, what is nice for change.
I used to see all my boys in Black & Silver.

And of course little Ziva... almost carbon-copy of her Mom, when she was a puppy.

And two of their brothers, what soon will be ready to go to their new homes!
