Bobby's litter etc.

Hi to all! We still have some severe weather issues here off and on...

Some surrounding properties got very significant damage due to the violent winds.

However we are fine, dogs are fine, everything is still on schedule and at case if we will loose power again... or whatever and You can not reach of on computer and or house-phone. No worry. We going to keep all our puppy pick up appointments for this week' Thursday and Friday. Please try to be close to scheduled time.

"Lego Games!"

All right, not an actual "lego", but... we just again reconfigured puppies

habitat areas for both litters . Above -Sammy's litter,

below- Bobby's litter. Sammy's pups already figured all

what newspapers are about, and Bobby's little guys 

are still have much to learn about it. But it is all going to change

dramatically during next few days.

Yes! We just build a maze in out living room...

Sammy's and Bobby's litters 2014.

Today, May 20 2014, Bobby picked as a perfect day to have her puppies.

On this picture she is just finished with her delivery, we didn't even give her a bath yet.

So far everybody is doing all right. But I never was a big fan of posting too much information

on new born puppies, because things do happen...

And if they do, it usually happed during first few days.

So far so good. Bobby is happy to be done and so are we with Irina.

On other hand Sammy's litter is doing great, no questions about that.

They are two weeks to be tomorrow, and

I have no worries about those guys except for the fact

Sam had too much of a milk first few days

and they all got sort of..let call it "chubby"...

Very soon they all will have their eyes open. Adorable little guys..

boys are looking just like their dad when he was this little.

Bobby's litter, last one for 2013.

October.. Beautiful Pennsylvania's fall is here. And so is our fall breeding season's litter!
Yesterday around 11PM our Bobbie, who just half-hour before was calm and interested in her food bowl much more than in delivery of any puppies, suddenly came, put her paws in my lap and look at me ,saying "Mom, it's time".
In the nest box she went. Delivery was quick enough,without any complication.She asked Irina to sit with her, enjoyed massage of back and belly,and light accu-pressure points stimulation to help with pushing. and by 2AM we have 5 wonderful,active, wiggly ,healthy puppies here with us.
It is a treat to have it done like this. Some Mom-to-be doggies through complete drama scenario while getting ready to give birth.Some dig and prepare whole night...every night...during a week or so. And in the morning - every morning! - sweetly stretch,yawn, and go to sleep. And we go to work.After watching that bitch all night long.:-)

Bobbie presented us with 2 males and 3 females.
After pups were dried off , we performed the Biotinus test, also known as the vigor for life test , what is a part of our routine tests and exercises to get to know our puppies from the moment they were born. Results are recorded with weight ( what was about 7oz in average) and description of puppies together. As puppies grow, we will have better and better picture what each of them is about, what their personality and temperament  like and will be able to give their new families recommendation about training etc of each puppy as individual
As for the vigor test - we are very pleased with our newborns. All 5 were very quick in finding their way to Mommy, and got their first meal without hesitation. Bobbie did not want just to wait and see how babies searching for their way to the "milk bar". She is experienced Mom, and know well what to do to help them a little - she stretched her neck and put her head down, touching pup with her hose, so then baby just had to follow the line mark what she put with her body , along her face,neck,shoulder and -here it is , MILK! "Mom, I found it! Thanks!"
We see how our bitches do it every time when we have little ones born,and it is never stop amaze us - how wise these dogs are, moved by authentic instincts and love.
Now -tonight special, first picture of these Bobbie's babies. Proud father is our handsome Timmy.

Bobby's litter 2012, 6 weeks old.

Today we decided to do that very photoshoot everybody was asking about.

Guess what?.. Little Rascals weren't up to cooperate.

Perhaps it is all about weather, but they were bored and sleepy during whole event

and the only thing what got some of their attention was a food, of course.

What didn't make my job any easier, because as soon they suspected "somewhere there was a food"

the rest of cooperation was gone.

But I managed to take few all right photos and now offering You to have some fun and play recognition game (try to recognize where is Your puppy).

Yes, those are "picture of the day"style of shots...

"I'm soooo bored with this process!

Can those humans figure out some different kind of game?..."

Bobby's puppies 2,5 weeks old!

 Above and below - our little and the ONLY girl.

Her name is Hali and she is totally adorable.

And everybody on a blue blanket are naturally... boys!

Not to be confused - we have 5 of them, not 6.

It was just too cute not to post, therefore I did. (And why not?!)

Little guys all have their eyes open and starting getting around their "bedroom",

but most of the time they just sleep and eat. And it will stay the same for about 

another month or so... then it will ne whole different puppies, playful and perhaps even noisy.

mean while we enjoy what we see (and do NOT hear!)

Bobby's 5 + 1 !

For those who is waiting on puppy news... Bobby had her litter nice and easy this Monday.

Week went by and there are only 4 of them left - nice black boy from Beauty and Teddy and 3 handsom black/silver gangsters from Bobby and Timmy. Naturally we let them all stay and play together, so the black one will not feel too lonely. They got along just great and played whole day... unless they were sleeping or 

demanding their food.

Today we offered them a new toy to play with - big cardboard box. and they totally loved it!.. one more lesson - toys do not have to be expensive... they just have to be FUN!

It was wonderful day here, in Pennsylvania. Sunny and no rain, 80 degrees warm. We took Bobby's puppies outside to play a little and we enjoyed watching them play while they enjoyed all those colorful leaves around our little table and chairs... Sure we had to grab that camera and this is what resulted this little adventure...

Bobby and Beauty's kids are two weeks old!

Time is flying fast. We are getting a lot of funny pictures, but not much time to post it all. However... because we know you all are waiting for those updates, here is a mos urgent news - little guys have their eye open! And now not only we can see them, but they can see us as well...

 

Casya, our matriarch schnauzer  is laying on a new piece of doggy furniture, right beside of pen with Bobby's puppies. She is making sure about Law and Order and doesn't let youngsters to play too intensively around puppy-nestles. Something spotted behind Casya is our old Fox Terrier - Dora. Cuddling in her favorite plush blanket and doesn't care who is up to what.

  3 Black/Silver girls... not so obviously, but still from Beauty...

And guess what?... Two Black/Silver boys... and also from Beauty!

Sometimes we can not believe we have 8 puppies in her litter, but... we do!

 

And those 4 gangsters are Bobby's boys. All Black/Silver, just like their Mom.

 

... And two beautiful Black/Silver ladies... also from Bobby.

One of them will be called "Katy". Can not tell witch one yet, 

but she is very much loved by her family.
