October /November 2017 news and updates.

We had a lot of going on in October...
Let start from the simple fact - first week of this month
was a week of our National Specialty conformation show
and performance events and our dogs participated at both!

I'll try to compact everything what happened and keep long story short.

Lusha got 2 Qs in Open Jumpers class
(2 at Montgomery trials and last one- soon after)
and got her Jumpers Open Title.
Gigi got her Novice title in Jumpers and first Q in Standard.

We got some professional pictures of Lusha
running at Montgomery trials, she was all about it!

Soon after Lusha finished her journey to next level
of conformation achievement and now she is officially recorded
GR Champion Bronze!
(Pictured below)

Lusha's older sister Awwa
(Shazzam Of Oz Awesom News) also did great,
won her last major and complied requirements for AKC
Champion Title!
Go Awwa!

Lusha's youngest sister, Josie
(Shazzam Of Oz Josefina)
won several shows and now has 5 points
toward her Championship.

Meanwhile our Dora...
(Not to forget none-schnauzer!)
went to National Dog Show at Oaks PA
and won her second 4 points major!
Dora is only 2 points away from becoming AKC Champion!

Several dogs went to try themselves at Barn Hunt trials...
Now we have Gigi completed her Instinct Title.
Lusha completed Instinct and has 2 Qs toward her Novice Title.
Chant got his instinct and his Novice Title at Barn Hunt!

And naturally while Lusha, Chant, Awwa, Josie, Dora and Gigi did all of above,
our Tutta raised litter of beautiful puppies and was a perfect Mom!

.... and this is WHY I had no time for blogging...
Sorry, I'll try to do it better next time!...
Maybe..

Puppies and more puppies!...

Spring time... and we have few litters in the house of different age.
Of course the oldest are Time-sisters.
Manya and Tory, born in January.
Girls are over 3 months old by now, already in rolled show coats
and with perfectly set "show ears".
Still babies and not even started to change their teeth.
Here they are - sleeping together after much play.

"Litter" of Tutta and Tim resulted in singleton puppy girl this time...
But what a girl! She is almost 3 weeks old now
and absolutely smashingly beautiful!
Her coat and color will be to die for...

On other hand our other "special litter" from Time and Bea
is about two weeks old.
They are closely related to Awwa's "twins"
and hopefully we will have a show boy prospect from this litter.
Same as Awwa's sisters those puppies are not for sale.
At list not until show evaluation.

Lastly the newest addition to "Shazzam's" family -
litter from Gigi and Chant.
They had 6 nice looking puppies, surprisingly
all of them turned to be S/P color.
(It was possibility of having B/S puppies, but...
it didn't happen. Genetic is a tricky thing).

Here is all 6 brothers and sisters enjoying at the milk bar.
This is probably the only time when You will see their photo with tails,
as very soon they going to loose it.

Keep in mind, those are new-born puppies
absolute babies and look accordantly...
Eyes are closed yet, not much to be said of color
nor of personality. Do not even ask, it is too early!

Above - 4 boys. Extremely wiggly.
Below - two ladies.

All are doing well! All have homes.
Enjoy!

Mid-winter news and updates.

Well now... time is going quickly, things are changing rapidly...
We are in February now...
What do You know of February 14?
Hearts and candies, right?...
Not only that. This year it is only Thee Day
when our favorite Breed will be shown at
Thee Most prestigious dog show in USA -
Westminster Kennel Club show in NYC.
Our "Diva" - Lusha was supposed to be a part of this show,
but Nature had different opinion and Miss Diva came in season...
Not the best, nor easiest way to be shown.
Therefore we had to drop whole idea and getting ready
for spring performance events instead.
Barn Hunt is calling her name and we need more "legs" in Agility.
And her Grand Championship campaign has to be finalized too.
So no Westminster for Lusha... not this time.

Now... meet our newest addition - Gypsy Rose "Rosie".
Finally in our family came to live with us another Standard Schnauzer.
Last one I had 20 years ago, but always knew -
it will be another right day and...
So this day has come. Rosie is here to stay,
thank You to our wonderful friend Shawne Imler!

Awwa's twins got an addition to their living-room.
They also got bunch of new toys and learning to eat
on their own. We found out - those two are not big on meats,
but love their dairy!...  At list for now.

Awwa  continue to be Mrs Perfection
and gracefully fulfilling her motherly duty.
She is to go back to show ring at fall of 2017.
Only 5 more points to go to get her Championship.

Spring is not that far and girls are starting to come in season
one after another.Hopefully we are going to have
several beautiful litters later this spring.

Currently Tutta was bred to Timmy for her last litter.
Puppies expected to be born sometime in March.
Availability - end of May/beginning of June.
It will be Black/Silver litter with no other color options.

Gina and Gigi are going to be bred in February as well.
Gina is going to have another Black/Silver litter
and Gigi is going to have Salt/Pepper litter.
Litters should be born in April, available in June.
We still discussing their breeding partners.

Later at spring Ziva will be bred to Timmy
for another litter of black and Black/Silver puppies.
Availability - first part of summer.

It will be very busy time, I can tell right now...
Perhaps it will be lesser of blogging too.
So far I have more free time I'll try to do more posts...
But then - who knows.

Puppyhood updates!

Awwa's puppies are growing scary-fast!
They are only 3 weeks old, but looking impressively BIG
close to their Mom.

 Boy above and girl below.
Both are too cute, That cute - Ira and I are really glad them two are sold.
We do not need more puppies at the moment! But we always can make room for one...
So good for us they have homes.

Above... Snow-White princess is not there,
but 7 little gnomes are all in perfect order!
Tutta's litter is over week old and soon will have their eyes open!

They are marvelous little gang. All look very even and great eaters.
Thankfully, Tutta is a very god mother and manages those 7 very well
without much help on our side...
Well, have to convince - I still check on them at night to make sure
if somebody got under those blankets, but usually I don't have to do much.

Little ladies on a top, gentlemen - below.
Pretty big, especially for 7-puppies-litter.
Today we moved them with their Mom to the living-room.
That mean - I'm giving up most of responsibilities to Tutta and actually going to sleep!
Just like they do.

Tutta X Timmy babies are here!

On July 10 (3 AM) our beautiful Tutta presented us with her puppies.
Few nights in prior she already was getting restless and so did the rest of
participants (myself, Irina, and my bedroom companions - dogs and ducks).
Don't think Jim was getting much sleep either... but thankfully now he is on
retirement and doesn't get up at 6 every morning to go to his job...
Anyway... just like I mentioned - Tutta started her "puppy-performance at 3 AM.
Sort of early for my preference, but dogs never ask.
Above - myself and Lusha watching over Tutta in her nest.

... And here is a first baby! Lovely and vigorous!...

To our total disbelieve we ended up having 7 wonderful puppies.
Momma Tutta didn't look that big!..
But here they are, all 7, boys and girls, all looking good, eating well
and acting right.
More pictures and updates to be posted soon.
Please be patient with us, guys, we have lot of work to do here...

Boring life of boarders.

This one is the last post for tonight. I promise!
this month we had a house-guest named Lulu.
She was staying with us for a few days to get her spa treatment
and spend a good time at our "woodland resort".
I have to mention that she had luxury apartment all for herself
what under other conditions serves as my studio room, guest room etc.
Well - she WAS a guest after all!

Beautiful girl from Tutta and Roy.
Had to share with You!
